DCR are still alive!

Hi, everybody.

We’ve been out of the loop–to such an extent that the website’s even been inactive–but we’re back!

Our new album is finished and we will be releasing it soon, on iTunes for the first time, as well as a launch of a physical CD. We’re calling it “summer, autumn, winter, spring”, because it has a diurnal kind of theme to it. It’s got a hefty thirteen tracks and clocks in at an hour long–that’s a lot of DCR! We haven’t decided when we’re launching it yet, but we’ll keep you posted.

We will also be hosting a couple of free, informal “Pass The Hat” acoustic shows at Partick Bowling Club on Fortrose Street. We will be inviting frends to play, we will perform some of our established songs, and also jam some new stuff and old covers. The idea is for it to be very loose and friendly, on Sunday afternoons, kicking off around three. The drink is cheap and it will be fun! Again, we will advertise these gigs once we’ve settled on some dates.
